What You Need

3 cups old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup  PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup  shelled raw pepitas
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1 Tbsp.  vanilla
1 tsp. Mexican cinnamon (canela)
1 cup  honey
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup  raisins
1/2 cup cranberries

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

COMBINE first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Add honey and butter; mix well. Spread into 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pans.

BAKE 30 min., stirring every 10 min. Stir in raisins and cranberries. Bake 5 min.; cool completely.

BREAK into bite-size pieces.
