What You Need

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup  masa harina
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup salsa

Make It

MIX cream cheese and masa harina until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add half the water; mix well. Gradually add remaining water, beating until mixture forms a smooth dough.

SHAPE into 8 (3-inch) patties.

COOK in large skillet on medium heat 7 min. or until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Serve topped with sour cream and salsa.

Serve with avocado slices and fresh fruit.
Note
Use moistened hands when shaping gorditas to prevent dough from sticking to your hands.
