What You Need

3/4 cup chopped or shredded leftover cooked turkey
1/3 cup  salsa
4 corn tortillas (6 inch)
1   avocado, cut into 8 slices
4 KRAFT Singles
1/4 cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

COMBINE turkey and salsa; spoon onto centers of tortillas. Top with Singles and avocados. Fold tortillas in half.

HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add quesadillas, 2 at a time; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

SERVE topped with sour cream.

Substitute
Substitute 1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach for the avocados.
Variation
Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges and serve as appetizers.
Special Extra
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.
