  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss zucchini and mushrooms in large bowl. Add pasta sauce; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 13x9-baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min.; sprinkle with cheeses. Bake an additional 5 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted.

Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. To reheat, sprinkle with desired amount of additional mozzarella and/or Parmesan cheese; cover. Bake at 350°F for 20 min. or until heated through.
